If the pandemic has taught us anything, it would be when the opportunity is available, we should get together to celebrate!I have always loved planning my children's parties and cooking up a storm whilst creating memories for Christmas and Easter. This book will give you lots of ideas for creating beautiful parties in your home.I have been cooking in commercial kitchens for 30 years from small restaurants to enormous kitchens on Hayman Island and other large hotel kitchens. I had 7 years as the chef and owner of my own restaurant and have been involved in loads of event management and catering for a multitude of different locations and occasions. I have organised an event for 150 people in a location without a kitchen and delivered a 7-course degustation with wines and canapes. Now as a mum of three children I have a lot of fun planning their birthday parties. I need to make sure I am enjoying the occasion with them and not creating too much work for myself with fancy food!I really hope that this book will inspire you to have more confidence on planning that special party or event.
